| Description | The project activity involves the installation of an anaerobic digester with biogas extraction capacity for improvement of the existing wastewater treatment system of Tapioca starch processing plant of VIET MA CO., LTD. located in Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam. In the project activity, biogas will be captured in the anaerobic digester of the methane fermentation facilities. The captured biogas will be utilised as the fuel of the thermal energy generation facilities, which is composed of boiler and furnace for tapioca starch-processing plant. |

| Dear Dr I have read the PDD and I have some comments on this PDD, to be pleased to make it clear. In the B.5 section of this PDD, investment barriers item, has indicated that "The benchmarks of IRR can be derived as 6.875% from Vietnam government bonds". According to my understanding, in Vietnam there has been no benchmark for each sector. Therefore, please show documentations or links relating to this benchmark. |
