We have the following schedule, "2024 Online Seminar for JIS Certificate Holders" in 5 languages <English, Thai, Vietnamese and Chinese (China / Taiwan)> for overseas JQA JIS quality control managers (free of charge).

The online seminar will include clear and simple explanations concerning the latest updates on JIS certification, examples of nonconformities found during audits, and updates on maintaining certification. We hope to see many of you there.

Quality Control Managers at companies, those in charge of quality control and manufacturing control with JIS certification issued by JQA

*Participation is limited to companies that have obtained JIS Mark Certificatiton from JQA.

How to Apply
JQA will send an application link by e-mail.

*The application period will close when maximum capacity is reached.

How to Participate
  • The seminar will be held as a Zoom webinar (Microsoft Teams for Taiwan). There will not be a physical meeting venue.
  • You can join the Zoom webinar from your computer, tablet, or smartphone. Data transfer charges or related fees when viewing the seminar must be borne by the participant. Please note there may be audio or video lags depending on the participant’s internet connection.
  • You can test Zoom on your device in advance at the following website.

  • Materials will only be shared on screen during the seminar. Digitized materials will be provided after the seminar is over.
  • Taking recordings, photographs, screenshots, etc., during the seminar is prohibited.
  • Registration will close when maximum capacity is reached.

Use of Personal Information

Use of personal information received from customers in the seminar application form and questionnaire after the seminar is limited to communications related to holding the seminar, introducing JQA services, market research, and information related to these services.
Personal information is managed as required by Japanese law and JQA’s privacy policy .

Policy on Absences on the Day of the Seminar
After this briefing session, the briefing video and materials will be uploaded to JQA JIS My Page. When it is time for viewing, we will contact you using the email address you registered at the time of application.
