台湾（BSMI）- 電動オートバイ用非車載充電器を含む7種類の電源装置に関する検査要件を変更

台湾経済部標準検験局（Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection: BSMI）は、2026年7月7日、電動オートバイ、電動自転車および電動アシスト自転車に関連する国際的な事故リスクが高まっていることを踏まえ、電動オートバイ用非車載充電器を含む7種類の電源装置を対象として、法的な検査義務の適用範囲を拡大することを提案しました。

提案されている改正案は、主に事業者が選択可能な代替の適合性評価手順を導入するものです。さらに、電気自動車用の直流（DC）／コンボ方式の導電充電設備を対象とする強制検査の範囲が、出力30 kW以下の製品から750 kW以下の製品へと拡大されます。

記載されている製品の輸入規制コードはC02とする。Item 1から5の施行日は2027年7月1日、Item 6は2026年7月1日、Item 7（30 kWを超えない）は2026年7月1日、Item 7（30 kWを超え、750 kWを超えない）は2028年1月1日とする。

注釈

  1. Item 1、2および3に記載された製品については、CNS 15425-1 (2015) の4.1項、4.2.3項および4.3.5項は適用されない。
  2. Item 6および7に該当する製品のうち、BSMI発行の任意製品認証（Voluntary Product Certification: VPC）証明書を取得しているものについて、適用される試験規格に差異がある場合は、当初の指定試験機関に依頼して当該差異のある項目に関する試験を実施させることにより、型式試験報告書を取得することができる。
