The Japan Quality Assurance Organization (JQA) is a fair and impartial third-party organization that provides customers and consumers with “safety and security” and “reliability” through the testing, inspection, and certification of management systems, products, and the environment. These certifications and other services are fundamental to the social economy, and are a core element of our mission to deliver them reliably.
Moreover, in line with remarkable technological advances in recent years, the requirements and needs for certification are constantly evolving. To maintain our ability to serve customers, we believe that it is essential to continue accumulating knowledge and technology to meet emerging needs, develop services based on this knowledge and technology, and provide services that are universally accepted on a global scale.
In April 2017, JQA established its Basic Philosophy as a statement of our core values, the direction of our operations, our future aspirations, and our mission. Furthermore, in the 2022 fiscal year, we introduced the concept of “Visualize your invisible value.” These words succinctly express our business and fundamental philosophy, and serve as a unifying language that connects JQA with our customers.
