JQA invites all our registered customers to access our members-only area. You can get our registration marks and relative information on your certified standards.
When your organization had any change(s) on your registered scope written in your certificate/appendix, or any significant change(s) on your business operation or number of personnel (for details, please see here), please fill out the following form and submit it to your local JQA office.
When your contact or billing information (person name, department, address, phone No., etc.) is changed, please fill out the following form and submit it to your local JQA office.
The "JQA Management System Certification/Registration Rule" provides the details of our Management System Certification/Registration scheme, which our registered customers and JQA shall follow, and is referenced by the certification/registration agreement. Please download the latest version from the following link.
Registered customers may download our registration marks from our Customers Website, or you may ask your local JQA office to get it.
When you make your registered information public or use JQA registration marks, please follow the rules provided in the "Guideline on Public Announcements of Registration and Conditions for the Use of Registration Marks" shown below.
