Applications / Fees

  • Please let me know the procedure of application.

  • In case of cancellation, what happens to the paid fee?

    If you have already paid, it is non-refundable.
    Please note that if payment cannot be confirmed within 60 days from the billing, it will be treated as cancellation.

  • Are there any precautions when making a bank transfer?

    It will be a Japanese Yen bank transfer. Transfer cost will be borne by the applicant.

  • I would like to know the course fee.

    Please contact us by e-mail at jis-cbt@jqa.jp as it depends on the course.

Courses / Lectures / Tests

  • What is the duration of the course?

    The course period is the "accessible term" during which you can continue to use this e-learning service, and it is set for each course. If you exceed the course period, you will not be able to access the system, so you need to complete the study within the period.

  • Can I lend the course ID and Password to any other person after the course commences?

    No. The course ID and Password cannot be lent, transferred or changed in name to any other person. Only the person who applied can use it.

  • Can I get qualification of Quality Control Manager by studying each course independently?

    Qualification can be obtained.
    You can obtain the qualification by completing the couse No. A to I and passing the course No. J (final qualification examination).

  • What should I do when I forget my login password?

    The password will be reissued by JQA. Please contact us at jis-cbt@jqa.jp.

  • Can I take the Courses on my smartphone or tablet?

    Yes, you can.

  • Can I take the Courses 24 hours a day?

    Yes, you can.

  • What language is used in the courses?

    English only.

  • What are the system requirements?

    For the Internet environment and operation check, please refer to "Required Preparations and Checking Connectivity".

  • The video is too heavy to watch.

    Please check the recommended operating environment.

  • There is something wrong with the voice.

    Because it is a synthetic voice using AI, there may be some deviation from the natural intonation.

  • Can I change the avatar ?

    No, avatar cannot be changed.
