JQA receives, from stakeholders relevant to an environment project of which assessment services JQA has provided, the complaints or appeals in accordance with the following procedure:
Expression of dissatisfaction by stakeholders regarding the performance of JQA in relations to the assessment services, and which shall be submitted within 45 days after the date of known occurrence of the issues to be raised.
<Handling procedure for complaints>
The project participant's request for review by an independent panel of various decisions taken by JQA in respect of validation and/or verification functions. Formal written request for an appeal with its reason shall be made within 45 days from the date which the situation for an appeal has been recognized.

Any complaints or appeals shall be sent to the below address in writing (including the entry form as attached) indicating the following necessary information within 45 days after the date of known occurrence of the issues to be raised:
a. Contact (name, address, affiliation, phone number, e-mail address, etc.);
b. Organization or entity, time and site of the occurrence to be raised;
c. Content of the complaints/appeals
